Job summary

EY is seeking a TBM Office Lead to drive Apptio adoption and TBM strategy across IT and finance. The role leads data-driven decision-making, cost transparency, and continuous improvement, partnering with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid US-based opportunity.

You’ll own TBM governance, dashboards, and reporting, and collaborate with IBM Apptio support to optimize technology investments and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or Business; master’s preferred.
• Experience in project management and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinking to align tech investments with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and manage Apptio deployment to track IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business office to align spending with goals.
• Develop insights with Apptio dashboards for executives.
• Integrate data from Finance, Talent, and Procurement contracts.
• Drive TBM adoption, provide training, and champion TBM data.
• Monitor metrics to identify cost optimization and ROI opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and TCO reporting.
• Liaise with IBM Apptio support for platform updates.
• Lead change management to mature TBM data usage.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
