Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline; master’s preferred.
• Experience in project management, process improvement, and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strategic thinking to align tech investments with objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office overseeing deployment and management of Apptio solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business office to build TBM framework.
• Develop insights using Apptio dashboards for executive decisions.
• Ensure data integration, loading, cleansing, and validation.
• Drive TBM adoption, training, change management, evangelize TBM.
• Monitor metrics to identify cost optimization and ROI improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, TCO, and chargeback reporting.
• Serve as liaison with IBM Apptio support for updates and issues.
• Lead change initiatives to mature TBM data usage.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
