EY is seeking a TBM Office Lead who will own the adoption and strategic use of IBM’s Apptio platform to optimize technology investments. You’ll lead TBM methodologies, drive transparency in spending, and enable data‑driven decisions across IT and Finance.

You will partner with IT, finance, and the business office to deploy Apptio, deliver actionable insights, and champion TBM best practices, change management, and stakeholder alignment at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project management, process improvement, and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration across IT, finance, and business units.

Responsabilités

• Lead the TBM Office, deploying Apptio solutions to track and optimize IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and the business office to align technology spending with objectives.
• Develop Apptio dashboards and reports for executive decision making.
• Data Integration & Quality: Connect Apptio with other tools for automated data loading, cleaning, and validation.
• Drive adoption of TBM best practices and change management across the organization.
• Monitor metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and ROI on technology initiatives.
