EY is seeking a TBM Office Lead to drive adoption of IBM Apptio, optimize technology investments, and enable data-driven decision making across IT and finance. You will act as product owner, change agent, and subject matter expert, leading TBM practice across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive experience in TBM, IT financial management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of TBM methodologies and Apptio capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and manage deployment of Apptio solutions to optimize IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business office to align technology spending with strategy.
• Develop insights with Apptio dashboards for executive decision making.
• Integrate Apptio with Finance, Talent, and Procurement data sources.
• Champion TBM best practices and educate stakeholders on data-driven decisions.
• Monitor metrics to identify cost optimization and ROI opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and TCO reporting.
• Serve as liaison with IBM Apptio support for platform updates and issues.
• Drive change management and accountability across the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
