Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced TBM Office Lead to drive the adoption and strategic use of IBM Apptio, optimize technology investments, and enable data-driven decision making across IT and finance. You will lead the TBM office, champion transparency, and act as a subject-matter expert for TBM data.

In this role you will collaborate with IT, finance, and the business office to deploy Apptio solutions, develop dashboards, and train stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology business management, IT financial management, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of TBM methodology and IBM Apptio platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and IT service management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office, deploying and managing Apptio to track and optimize IT costs and investments.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units to maintain a TBM framework.
• Develop actionable insights using Apptio dashboards for executive decision making.
• Integrate Apptio with Finance and Procurement systems for accurate reporting.
• Drive TBM adoption and provide change management and training across the organization.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and ROI improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and TCO analyses; manage chargeback/showback reporting.
• Liaise with IBM Apptio support for platform updates and issue resolution.
• Stay current with TBM trends and regulatory requirements.
