Advocate Health is seeking a TBM/Apptio-focused analyst to support cost transparency, planning, and TBM Studio enhancements. You will work with IT and business units to gather requirements, validate benchmark data, and ensure TBM data quality for leadership reporting.

You will conduct interviews with stakeholders, map complex processes, and help drive cost transparency initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience with TBM and Apptio configurations and reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional TBM requirements.
• Strong data management and quality controls for TBM data.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio configuration, maintenance and data quality.
• Support benchmarking activities, data collection, validation and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define business requirements for TBM.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to build clear functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings showing system dependencies.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate TBM solutions.
• Assist in portfolio/demand management and vendor relationships.
• Maintain relationships across IT, business, and external partners.
