Advocate Health is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to support TBM initiatives, Apptio configuration, and cost transparency across enterprise systems. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering TBM-driven insights to leadership.

You will collaborate with IT and business units, conduct stakeholder interviews, and document functional specifications to enable effective decision-making. Fully remote with standard business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsabilidades

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data to inform leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop business cases and requirements for technology-related problems.
• Conduct detailed interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems and workflows.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate requirements for business problems.
• May assist in business relationship management, strategy and planning, and portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain productive relationships with IT, business, and external partners.
