Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled business initiatives acrossRyan’s service lines.
• Oversee solution design, implementation, and high-quality delivery to clients and internally.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Drive operational excellence, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage project scoping, planning, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
