Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex technology-enabled business initiatives across service lines and platforms. The role manages cross-functional projects, oversees design and implementation, and ensures high-quality delivery for clients and internal solutions.

The position requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to driving operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; drive scoping, planning, and execution.
• Develop and manage workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
