Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Technology Business Manager to partner with Tax Operations, IT, and Tax teams to optimize technology use and automate processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a public accounting environment, including time at Elliott Davis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, collaboration and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Process Improvement: develop and maintain the Tax technology roadmap.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives with business cases.
• Drive adoption of practice technologies and measure utilization and value.
• Lead change management efforts and develop training materials for adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT and Tax operations.
