Elliott Davis, LLC seeks a Tax Manager for its Financial Services Practice to advise on complex tax matters, oversee compliance, and lead engagement teams across multiple offices. The role demands strong leadership, technical tax knowledge, and the ability to grow the client base while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.

The Tax Manager will supervise tax research, provide strategic guidance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law; Master’s degree in Tax/LLM, preferred.
• 5+ years of recent public accounting firm experience.
• Strong experience with corporate tax accounting, ASC 740 preferred.
• EA license or CPA certification, required.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking acumen.
• Ability to manage and grow strong customer relationships.
• Experience with tax software and technology.
• Ability to multitask along with demonstration of commitment to continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Consult on complex tax matters and oversee the tax compliance process for financial institutions.
• Lead a team, advise, research and identify tax issues, and recommend solutions.
• Engage and manage engagements, delegate and supervise team members.
• Train, support, supervise, motivate, and review the engagement team’s work.
• Develop and grow a business network to attract new business.
• Represent the firm in the business community and professional organizations.
