Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Technology Business Manager to bridge strategy and technology across the Tax practice. You will identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and lead adoption of innovative tools to boost quality, efficiency, and team experience.

The ideal candidate brings process-improvement expertise, solid practice-line knowledge, and strong execution skills, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field is required.
• At least three years in a public accounting environment, with some time at Elliott Davis preferred.
• Strong understanding of practice line and technology concepts.
• Experience with project management methodologies and change management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business strategy and technology execution to improve operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement technology solutions and automation.
• Support the intake and portfolio process for tech investments aligned to business objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives and business cases.
• Develop SOPs, visual workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive adoption of practice technologies and measure utilization and outcomes.
• Lead change management, trainings, and user adoption programs.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors as the operational liaison.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Lead technology pilots, test cohorts, and gather feedback for rollouts.
