Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Technology Business Manager to bridge business strategy and technology across the practice. You’ll identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and support adoption of innovative tools to improve quality, efficiency, utilization, and team experience.

The role requires process improvement expertise, deep practice‑line knowledge, and strong execution skills, plus the ability to lead change with stakeholders and vendors. Join a team focused on outcomes and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a public accounting environment, at least one of which has been spent at Elliott Davis.
• Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of practice line.
• Fundamental knowledge of technology.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and change management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, collaboration, and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Technology & Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and advocate for technology investments.
• Collaborate with operational leader on Tax technology initiatives and maintain the Tax technology roadmap.
• Support intake and portfolio process to prioritize technology investments.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives via business cases.
• Drive standard operating procedures and process documentation, including workflows.
• Technology Adoption: drive adoption of practice technologies and measure outcomes.
• Engage in all phases of technology and process implementation, including post‑implementation support.
• Change Management & Training: lead training programs and workshops for professionals and support teams.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: liaise between stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
