Ryan in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives that support our service lines and platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, shape solution design, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients and internal teams.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and oversee governance, data integrity, and change management while promoting efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
