Ryan, LLC is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. You will coordinate stakeholders, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes while managing budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of project leadership, excellent communication, and a knack for cross-functional collaboration. The role supports a hybrid work model, with strong growth and industry leadership in tax services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects and ensures high-quality delivery of client and internal solutions.
• Manages project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery to align with business objectives.
• Develops and manages workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively communicates project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversees requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
