Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled initiatives that support service lines and enterprise platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee solution design and implementation, and drive operational excellence, innovation, and measurable business outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience leading projects and delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, ERP, data management, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development, including proposal design and client presentations.
• Manage project financials including forecasting and billing.
