Reporting to a leader in Business Solutions, the role blends program leadership with technical oversight and client engagement to advance Ryan’s digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or tax tech projects.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, or tax environments.
• Experience managing complex multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with fiscal oversight.
• Oversees functional and technical direction including requirements analysis and deployment.
• Maintains client relationships and supports proposals, engagement agreements, and meetings.
