Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead technology-enabled implementations and innovations across service lines and platforms. You will oversee large client and internal projects from scoping through delivery, translating business needs into scalable solutions that boost efficiency, value, and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, IS, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax tech projects, or digital transformations.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax environments.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream implementation and innovation initiatives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage scope, delivery, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Oversee client relationships, communications, and deliverables with quality and accuracy.
• Support business development, proposals, and engagement materials.
