Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead tech-enabled implementation and innovation for service lines, platforms, and strategic initiatives. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, driving efficiency, client value, and measurable financial impact.

Report to a Business Solutions leader, you'll blend program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to advance digital transformation and innovation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; business/IT focus ideal.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or tax tech projects.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management or tax environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream, client-facing engagements.

• Guides requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
• Ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality client outcomes.
• Maintains master project plans and supports billing, forecasting, and financial tracking.
