Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead technology-enabled implementations and innovation initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will manage large client and internal projects from scope to delivery, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive efficiency and measurable financial impact.

This role reports to Business Solutions leadership and emphasizes governance and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.
• Strong project/program management and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives
• Manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition to delivery
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables
