Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead large, technology-enabled implementations and innovations supporting its service lines and platforms. You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and client engagements, translating requirements into scalable, value-driven solutions.

Reporting to a Business Solutions leader, you will manage multi-workstream programs, drive operational efficiency, and influence cross-functional teams toward measurable financial impact and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives supporting Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency, client value, and financial impact.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and client onboarding across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Manage internal resources, governance, and cross-functional team collaboration for on-time delivery.
