Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and serve clients in person and virtually. You’ll connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem, deliver accurate tax solutions, and drive local growth through community outreach.

Applicants bring strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, 3+ years of returns, and willingness to upskill in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. On-site hours are 8–5, Mon–Fri, with 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Act as local face of TurboTax and coordinate with specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
