Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will grow a local client base, partner with experts in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for each customer. Ideal candidates have active PTINs, 3+ years of tax prep experience with 1040s, and a willingness to engage the community through local events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office during stated hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time), part-time up to 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and empathy.
