Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and trusted guidance at on-site TurboTax locations.

You will grow a local client base, offer personalized tax planning, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Ideal candidates combine tax credentials (EA/CPA) with strong customer service, and a willingness to upskill across service areas while working 20+ hours weekly on-site in a dynamic community

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience with 30+ returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) through Intuit training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop and grow a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, advisory) to address needs.
• Build relationships with clients for year-round engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
