Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and advise clients in person and virtually. You will connect customers with Intuit specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Role emphasizes tax knowledge, community outreach, and cross-selling within Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services. Onsite work at TurboTax locations in the US is required.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience with 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite and adhering to hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across complex to simple scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive client base growth with local marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
