Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or statistics preferred; master's in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Eight or more years of tax experience in public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience required.
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) (or equivalent) required; other degrees/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates and senior associates on all projects.
• Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provides review comments.
• Trains associates and seniors how to use current software tools.
• Acts as a Career Advisor to associates and senior associates.
• Schedules and manages workload of associates and senior associates.
• Maintains client relationships and serves as primary contact for complex questions.
