Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support.

As a Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base and deliver accurate tax solutions, building long-term relationships while providing excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends and 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in community engagement and local client growth.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Provide tax planning advice and research deductions and credits.
• Engage with the local community to grow client base and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person using TurboTax tools.
• Assist customers with software support and tax-related questions.
