Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs and use TurboTax products to maximize refunds.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering a premier customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate in local marketing with TurboTax, making taxes accessible and approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
