Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve clients on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate personal and business tax needs.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and long-term relationships with clients, in-person at TurboTax locations.
