EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple engagements, leads a team, and collaborates with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment that values client service and technical excellence.

A remote work option is available with flexible office locations. The position involves tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, complex returns, and proactive client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specializing in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment while ensuring timely delivery of engagements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, ensuring accurate federal, state, and local returns.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities, applying tax law consistently across engagements.
• Perform primary review of complex returns for accuracy and documentation, driving continuous improvement.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights and supporting client meetings and presentations.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and inefficiencies.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders, promoting accountability.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback; support recruiting and performance evaluation.
• Leverage tax tech and data tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in business development, identify opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm for high-quality delivery.
