EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager within Private Client Services (PCS) to lead engagements for ultra‑high-net-worth individuals. The role emphasizes proactive tax planning, team leadership, and collaboration with Partners to deliver top-tier client service.

The position offers flexible office locations with the option to work remotely. A strong background in high‑net‑worth tax, public accounting, and CPA/EA certification is required, with growth opportunities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience serving high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years in tax compliance, complex returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Taxation is preferred.
• Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software.
• Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns with accuracy and minimal rework.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks.
