Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements and leads tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, with emphasis on financial services clients.

You'll drive business development, marketing, and recruitment efforts while mentoring staff and fostering growth. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility in office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience, with focus on individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a tax team and manage client relationships.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals in financial services.
• Understand hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Engage with clients to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
• Review complex tax returns and communicate with clients regularly.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in seminars.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and apply knowledge.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to ensure efficient delivery.
