EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, leads tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, and contributes to business development.

Flexibility in office location and the option to work fully remote are offered. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining high technical standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact with proactive tax planning insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization to improve profitability.
• Foster client relationships and support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Leverage tax technology and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Participate in business development efforts and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
