EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role combines leadership of engagements, tax planning, and business development for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Flexible in terms of office location, with the option to work remotely.

The ideal candidate will oversee tax compliance, manage staff, and drive client growth while upholding the firm’s standards of service and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Actively participate in business development efforts and expand client relationships.
