EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees ultra-high-net-worth engagements, combines tax planning with compliance, and directs client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of tax experience, CPA/EA, and recent public accounting exposure. The position offers hybrid or fully remote options with Denver as a preferred location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment that values exceptional client service and technical excellence while maintaining clear visibility into engagement status, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of federal, state, and local returns.
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and minimal rework, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights and supporting client meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and implement improvements.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation efforts; contribute to team development.
• Participate in business development efforts and stay current on tax law changes across the firm.
