Withum is seeking a Senior Manager in Tax Services to lead complex C corp., S corp., and partnership tax returns, delivering strategic guidance on federal and state obligations while managing multiple client engagements with cross-functional teams.

Based in one of our California, Chicago, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, or Philadelphia offices, this role offers a clear path to Partnership and the chance to mentor staff while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA license or Masters in Taxation preferred.
• 8+ years in tax at public accounting.
• Strong analytical and client service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Review complex corporate and partnership tax returns.
• Provide federal/state tax planning and compliance guidance.
• Manage multiple engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Identify tax planning opportunities.
• Lead staff development and contribute to firm growth.
• Travel as needed.
