Job summary

Withum’s Tax Services Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex C corp., S corp. and partnership tax work from one of our U.S. offices, with a path to Partnership. You will mentor teams, drive strategic planning, and advise on federal and state compliance matters.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in accounting, CPA or a Master’s in Taxation, with 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, excellent client service, and strong communication skills. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA license or Master's in Taxation preferred.
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong analytical and tax technical skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review complex C corp., S corp., and partnership income tax returns.
• Strategic planning for federal and state tax compliance.
• Lead multiple engagements with various teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
• Provide counsel during evaluations and develop team members.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
