Qualifications

• 4-year degree and license eligibility.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred.
• Two years of federal tax compliance and consulting experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and advisory services to middle market to multinational clients.
• Work on tax research and IRS responses.
• Collaborate with leaders on corporate and flow-through taxation projects (ASC 740).
• Develop recommendations for the client and share with leadership.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international tax matters.
