Qualifications

• 4-year degree required or equivalent
• Eligible to obtain CPA license
• 3 years of experience in financial statement auditing in a public accounting firm
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and planning/audit software

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise execution of all audit engagement activities
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements
• Assess deficiencies in internal controls and recommend improvements
• Engage with Manager and Partner on business recommendations
• Support mentoring and development of junior staff
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to firm growth
