Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients in person, helping customers feel confident and informed about their finances.

You will also contribute to growing the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and build long-term relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Experience with individual 1040 returns and state filings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Assist clients in person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
