Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while building local relationships and driving customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes community engagement, practical tax guidance, and a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Experience filing taxes for individuals and understanding tax regulations is preferred.
• Comfort with in-person tax advisory and customer education.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and future tax planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Skills

Active EA/CPA/license

Tax preparation experience

Knowledge of tax law

Onsite customer service

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
