Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes community engagement and a high level of customer service, with marketing support and access to TurboTax tools to empower your business and clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S. for minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
