Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, helping customers with tax preparation and personalized advice. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base and contribute to community engagement while leveraging marketing support and software tools.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving customers in-person and representing TurboTax with a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver professional, clear tax advice using government resources and team expertise.
