Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and help grow the local TurboTax client base.

As a trusted advisor, you will build long‑term relationships, engage with the local community, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate returns and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
