Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes while growing the local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes approachable for the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
