Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum three years in scheduling, resource planning, capacity management, or similar analytical coordination roles in professional services.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in tax or public accounting is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of Power BI or related reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the master resource schedule for the Tax Department.
• Coordinate summer workload reviews and preassignment with primary engagements.
• Align staffing across Indiana and Kentucky to avoid cross-service-line conflicts.
• Provide capacity visibility to leadership and guide staffing decisions.
• Coach preparers and train staff on scheduling systems and processes.
• Lead process improvements and automation within Resource Planning.
