Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist in assigning tax engagements to appropriate staff under guidance.
Maintain staffing schedules and resource trackers.
Monitor workload distribution and flag capacity concerns
Coordinate outsourcing to external tax preparation teams and track deliverables.
Maintain workflow systems and ensure engagement updates.
Generate reports on capacity, utilization, and turnaround times.
