Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to assess their tax liabilities and present tailored tax resolution solutions.
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts with follow-up and lead conversion.
• Educate clients on IRS programs such as Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatement.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and case managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and transparent communications.
