You'll use CRM tools to document interactions, meet daily targets, and protect client PII. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential members.
• Strong communication and active listening to assess needs.
• Experience in a call center or B2C sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and transfer to Tax Associates for solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and track lead status.
• Maintain security of member data and follow protocols.
