The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to exceed monthly quotas while collaborating with tax professionals for seamless onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in tax resolution, financial services, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IRS relief programs and resolution strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to assess their tax liabilities and present tailored tax resolution solutions.
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including follow-up calls and lead conversion.
• Educate clients on IRS programs such as Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatement.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and case managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication.
